The “Impressio” collection is an anthology of photographs inspired mainly by the quiet morning landscapes of the plains, the flowery meadows, the lonely trees that lie scattered in the Greek nature, by the night fields of the Messinian land, the pebbly small beaches of Mani or seascapes from Aegina, Messolonghi.

All photos in the collection are edited to render exaggerated color, time wear and loss of detail. A dreamy record of a past that is more referential than lived, permeated by the enchanting narration of the elders in the ears of the children. Of a past that, precisely because it is heteroreferential, creates the glamor of an epic story. A myth magnified in the innocent imagination of a child. A myth that is constantly recreated and retold.
